UNSERE WOHNUNGEN / I NOSTRI APPARTAMENTI / OUR APARTMENTS
DE - Geräumig, gemütlich, sauber und rüstig sind unsere vier Ferienwohnungen. Teilweise neu, teilweise jung geblieben freuen sie sich darauf bewohnt und gelebt zu werden. Allesamt ausgestattet mit separaten Schlafzimmer, Wohnzimmer, Küche, Dusche und WC steht einem erholsamen Urlaub nichts mehr im Wege. Zudem hat jede Wohnung hat ein oder zwei kleinere Balkone die zum Ausspannen und Sonne tanken einladen. Ich vermiete auch für mehrere Monate und unterbreite Ihnen gerne ein tolles Angebot.
IT - I nostri quattro appartamenti sono spaziosi, accoglienti e confortevoli. In parte arredati con mobile antichi, in parte rinnovati aspettano con impazienza di accogliere nuovi ospiti. Gli appartamenti comprendono camera da letto, soggiorno, cucina, WC e doccia. Inoltre dispongono di uno o piú balconi per godersi al massimo sole e quiete delle proprie vacanze. Affitto anche per piú mesi e Le sottopongo molto volentieri la mia miglior offerta.
EN - Our four apartments in vintage style, in part renewed and in part they have been “stayed young” are spacious and cozy, and would be happy to been visited by special guest like you. The apartments have separated bedroom(s), living room, kitchen, bathrooms - so your recreative holidays can start. Also the apartments have one or two balconies, inviting our guests to remove and fill up their energy after an active day in the beautiful South Tyrol.

Kostenfreie Stornierung bis 6 Wochen vor Anreise.

Bei einer Stornierung bis 4 Wochen vor Anreise wird 20 % des gebuchten Reisepreises berechnet.

- Bei einer Stornierung von 4 Wochen bis 14 Tage vor Anreise wird 50 % des gebuchten Reisepreises berechnet.

Bei einer Stornierung innerhalb der letzten zwei Wochen vor Anreise wird 70 % des gebuchten Reisepreises berechnet.

Bei Nichtanreise oder frühzeitiger Abreise wird 100% des gebuchten Reisepreises berechnet.
Diese Stornokonditionen sind unabhängig davon, ob die stornierten Zimmer wieder ganz oder auch nur teilweise weitervermietet werden.

Per storni fino da 4 settimane fino a 14 giorni prima dell’arrivo, calcoliamo il 50% del prezzo della vacanza prenotata.

Per storni da 14 giorni prima dell’arrivo fino alla data del previsto arrivo calcoliamo il 70% del prezzo della vacanza prenotata.

In caso del mancato arrivo oppure partenza anticipata calcoliamo il 100% del prezzo della vacanza prenotata
Queste condizioni di storno valgono indipendentemente dal fatto che le camere annullate siano completamente o parzialmente ri-affittate.
